My Town Media INC is not responsible for and cannot offer a refund or exchange for lost, missing or stolen certificates. My Town Media INC will not offer a refund or exchange in the event a business closes or goes out of business before the expiration date printed on the certificate (if applicable).
All products sold in this auction are sold in their current mechanical and/or aesthetic condition. No written or implied warranties are applicable other than warranties provided by the manufacturer.
By participating in the auction you agree not to hold My Town Media INC its affiliates, radio stations, their officers, directors and employees responsible for other users’ actions or inactions. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised or the truth or accuracy of listings.If you have a dispute with one or more sellers, you release My Town Media INC from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of any kind, known and unknown.
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. Place a bid only if you’re serious about buying the item. If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from My Town Media . No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
As a buyer, you are obligated to complete the transaction with My Town Media INC within 5 Business days of sale, unless otherwise agreed upon between the buyer and My Town Media INC . Following the Five business day period the items becomes the property of My Town Media INC and will be resold or may be offered to the second highest bidder.
By bidding on an item you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in the item’s description so long as those conditions of sale are not in violation of this Agreement or unlawful by the state of Kansas or Oklahoma. You will become the item’s lawful owner upon physical receipt of a voucher or item. No refunds, no exchanges. All sales are final.
